Shipping costs

Shipping is €10 per order. Orders of €150 or more ship free. All prices include VAT.

Where we ship

We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. A few brands only deliver within Belgium, and this is shown on the product page.

How your order is sent

Our pieces ship directly from the brands we work with. If your order includes items from more than one brand, it may arrive in several parcels, sometimes on different days. You only pay shipping once per order.

Your order confirmation email tells you which brand ships each item. Once a parcel is on its way, we'll send you the tracking information.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times vary slightly by brand, and during busy periods it can take a little longer. If we expect a delay, we'll let you know.

If an item is unavailable

Now and then, a piece sells out at the brand after you've ordered. If that happens, we'll let you know right away and refund that item within 14 days. The rest of your order ships as usual.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel or an item arrives damaged, email contact@toutdouce.com with a photo, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the item or refund you at no cost. Until your parcel reaches you, it's our responsibility.
