Our cotton sleepwear collection brings together pyjama sets, nightdresses and nightshirts in woven cotton poplin, smooth cotton sateen and soft cotton jersey, from brands selected for the quality of their fibre and finishing.
Woven cotton feels crisp and cool with a tailored look, while cotton jersey is stretchier and closer to the feel of a favourite T-shirt. Where possible we favour organic cotton and long staple fibres, which feel smoother and pill less over time. The honest limit: cotton absorbs moisture well but releases it more slowly than some other natural fibres, so very warm sleepers may notice it. For most sleepers, across the seasons, well made cotton pyjamas are hard to beat.
